We are one of Yorkshire’s independent vocational training providers, we are currently working with many businesses that put their trust in us to help their Apprentices to successfully achieve the new standards of formal QCF (NVQ) Qualification (AWARD, CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA). Our training sites are based in  Cleckheaton & Shipley.

 

We recognise that not all businesses are the same or need the same when it comes to training. That’s why the training programmes iCOCO offer can be bespoke and as flexible as the individual business wants. Many employers want to deliver the practical training themselves in a commercial environment leaving the iCOCO Teaching Team to take care of the theory and essential knowledge. Others look to a training provider that caters for both the practical and theory training. We offer each and every business the training package they require for their Apprentice.

 

We can help you find your Apprentice to meet your business needs. We are currently working with the government target age group of 16-24 year olds. We have learners that have been pre screened ready for you to interview; for you to select the best individual for the role and that are ready to start work. The learners have to be employed for 16 hours or more and must be paid the minimum wage for an apprentice that is £2.60 per hour.

 

We are not just a training provider we are business owners too and understand the challenges faced in this economic climate and know by employing an Apprentice how this can benefit productivity.

 

 

 

There will be no training fee costs to you. As well as providing you with highly committed and enthusiastic staff we offering you a cost effective recruitment strategy with no agency or advertising fees.

 

 Additionally we offer business support to extend learning for you and your staffs' development including  business courses, customer service, Hairdressing, Beauty, assessor units, teaching qualifications and much more, many courses are funded to find out more,
